The programme is divided into 8 distinct categories all of which are designed to enhance developing players.

| These sessions provide the essential individual time required to develop player technique. Each development player is allocated a personal coach, this coach is responsible for their overall development. |

| Specific times are provided for players to practice independently of the coach. These sessions take place on both the indoor and outdoor courts. Players can also use all the courts on a walk on basis. |

| Focusing mainly on tactical development, squad coaching provides essential interaction between players. Squads are based on the age, standard and level of competition being undertaken by the player. |

| To complete the learning process we offer a match play evening, during this time players from all levels compete in friendly competition. Theses sessions are a great way for players to learn to cope with competitive situations. |

| Our fitness programme focuses on the necessary strength, speed, stamina and flexibility requirements of young players. Players are fitness tested every 6 weeks to measure their progress. |

| Every Saturday evening Appeti Tennis host LTA sanctioned matchplays designed for match practice against other players of a similar standard. These matches count towards their LTA Rating. |

| We believe that the coaching of players is a year round undertaking, as such during the school holidays we attend all the tournaments our players are attending. This is great for building players confidence and team spirit. |
