 Offering a programme twice the size of the Development Academy, the Performance Academy is based around succeeding as a competitor.
Typically for players of 12-16 years the programme takes place at evenings and weekends with selected players invited to train in the Full Time academy when possible. A comprehensive tournament programme is expected at this level with players aiming for high County and National level success.
